I am feeling very hungry so it is time for lunch. I am gonna have some salad.
I am making cabbage salad with chunk light Albacore tuna. I usually do thin slices of cabbage, shred a small apple and a small piece of carrot, then add some onion slices, fresh herbs (cilantro, dill or parsley - depending what I have at home), dried cranberries, dried coconut, a can of chunk light tuna (Albacore or regular), smoked sea salt, and olive oil. I may even add hearts of palm or marinated artichokes to the salad if there are any. I actually have them at home but don't really want to eat them now. Saving them for dinner.
I love cabbage and canned tuna and think it's a great combo. I am making a huge bowl of the salad. It will definitely fill me up. Not sure for how long though.

I sometimes eat yogurt but it is rare. I like one that is from goat or sheep milk but those are not cheap.

@LindaOHio I found it in Whole Foods. Tastes great! I love goal milk. Would love to try sheep milk but haven't seen it for sale anywhere I shop.

It was canned tuna not actual fish. The cabbage salad probably would have been good with some fried or baked tuna...
