The day is almost over and I am starting to mylot.
I went to Carolina´s birthday and although Claudia told me she did not want me or anyone to talk about the protests, that was the only subject of conversation.
And the young women there (Carolina and Rafael´s daughters) immediately took out their cellphones. and read from information to jokes, twitters and memes about yesterday´s protest.
I looked at it all and thought how maybe the outcome of facts could change due to this hyper technological age.
This morning I saw a sociologist trying to explain this giant protest in Chile as a generation situation. Clearly, 30 years ago we did not have the means to make everything we did viral.
Are you cellphone addicts, friends? I have become addict to mylot, but not so much to my cellphone.

@NJChicaa I hope something good comes from this. It is worrisome right now. The government and the Senate will have to act in an intelligent way now. The people need changes.

I have a pay-as-you-go plan. I pay $20 every 3 months and $.25 per minute. I have about $400 on my account!!!!

I know my cellphone does a lot of things. But for me it is a little more than a phone.

We of a certain age survived quite well prior to cellphones.

And we did not have a lot of things that children now take for granted.
