Biryani for lunch

The maid and her husband are celebrating Deepawali. They as you know stay in that house at the back of Solitaire.
Every year they give us a box of sweets which I keep in the fridgie and after a few days give it back to them.
They ordered for Biryani instead this year and said that since sweets are turned to them they said Biryani would be eaten.
Nice thought really. The Biryani was delicious.

I love lamb biryani, that is my favorite. We can only eat that in Hongkong.

Not at all. I do it in a nice way and explain to them.I taste a bit of it though.

I watched ways to make it and it made my mouth water
, it's almost supper and I'm hungry, the only thing I am thinking of is how to accumulate first all the spices that are needed, so many and other versions have spices that is not common here.
