Glad I left one of the bathtubs...

When we came to see this house and take a decision to buy it, all the three bathrooms here had bathtub. But I got two of them removed. In fact I wanted to get rid of all but on a second thought I let one stay in the master bedroom bathroom upstairs. Since the bathroom is quite spacious, I didn't mind having a bathtub here.
But I rarely use the bathtub. It's mostly used my daughters on some of the weekends when they want to pamper themselves with a bubble bath. Well we have to allow them in our space as I am the one who got rid of this luxury in their bathrooms.
Well bathtub for me is a lot of maintenance when it comes to cleaning and also I feel a lot of water is wasted. And I am all for saving every single drop.
But there are some days it's a blessing. I had a bad week and a rough weekend too. The stress could be felt in my muscles. So after a bit of mylotting and answering all my old notifications, I immersed myself in warm water filled bathtub. It felt so good.
Now I am feeling much better and relaxed. Here I am in my cozy bed with a warm blanket. I will watch some TV and mylot till sleep comes.
I am having a crazy sleep wake pattern over last few days. Not getting enough sleep as mind is too much occupied with happenings in recent times. Hope this hot bath helps to get a peaceful sleep and restore my sleep wake pattern. Tomorrow is last day of holiday for festival of lights here. So I have to come back to my track before Wednesday.
So I will mylot and watch TV till I feel sleepy.
What are you all up to??

I also have three bathrooms, two in Florida, but our master bathroom has a shower. I take a bubble bath almost every night before bed in the main bathroom. We recently had that room remodeled and the gob does everything except clean itself. It does dry itself, however. A nice warm bath helps me sleep better.
Have a good sleep.

Yes. A nice warm bath definitely helps to sleep better. I take a quick hot shower before bed. Glad that I could sleep well and only woke up after 7 hours.

@DianneN I had a good day today. After almost a week I had a normal regular day where I was active. Felt good to be back to normalcy.

We have a bathtub in our house. Our house is from the 70s and the original bathtub is still there. I use it sometimes when it is cold outside, and I need to get warm. My husband doesn't use it, he only uses the shower.

@arunima25 Yes, it is really nice on cold days. Our winters are very cold, and when I get back to my home I sometimes feel cold. I have a big coat, a scarf, gloves etc, but it still gets really cold sometimes.

Good to have one and use it occasionally. And definitely a blessing on cold days. You can dip yourself in warm water.

That is good. It's a lot of cleaning work for bathtub.

Yes. And so I got rid of them. Now this one stands in a corner and is not used much. We have a shower corner and that is mostly used.
