Diary 2nd To 5th November 2019

Saturday 2nd November 2019 - Lovely friends in Rochdale Manchester invited me to an occasional friendly poker game at their house. I traveled in by train and took up the day to walk round taking photo on route before a very enjoyable night playing the game, hich I didn't win, but the stakes were very low. Sunday 3rd November - I stayed overnight with my friends, setting off for home about lunchtime. I had planned on taking more photos on the way back but I realized I had left my wallet, mot of my cash and my pre-booked train ticket at the house o I had to go back there to collect them and then head straight for my train. Monday 4th November - I edited my photos from weekend and caught up on my job searching. Tuesday 5th November - More job searching and some laundry today. @arthurchappell Winter is cold, but it is a good season to take photos, often the sky is a perfect blue and the air crispy clear.

My mother always has to go back to get stuff. I used to love that song. I would do poorly at playing poker unless it's a poker machine.

I'm not keen on poker but Vince enjoys it. We picked up a case full of poker chips at a garage sale so they're handy when we do play. Otherwise we mostly use matches.
