I need your opinion.

Okay, so I am going to try to make this as short as possible.
Let me first explain my problem / my reluctance. I am making soap for friends for Christmas and I thought about gifting them also with some wax melts I've made / can make.
My First Reluctance
I meant to give one friend wax melts already but I forgot. Would it be wrong to add it as part of her Christmas gift? I am making her the soap and I also bought her some shower steamers. Would it be okay to gift the wax melts as part of Christmas?
My Second Reluctance
I am gifting this other friend with soap I will make as well. However, there's a bar of soap I bought at a craft fair a few months back and I thought about gifting it for her as well as some wax melts. She was with me when I bought the soap i intend to gift her, but I doubt she'll remember that. Should I get her something else?
Ask for clarification if need be please, sometimes my explaining things is weird.

My opinion is both gifts are suitable. A gift is a gift. As long as a person finds a gift useful, something which they might use and like that is all that really matters. I wouldn't over think it.

I just want the gifts to be adequate. I am bad at gift giving, and I know I am probably more excited about making the soap than they are of getting it? I don't know.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Soap is useful and it is something you made yourself which makes it very personalized. Ask them?

Honestly, I think your friends will be happy with whatever you decide to give them. If you need to add a little disclaimer about the soap you purchased with the friend do it. I wouldn't get hung up on it. What are shower steamers? I am going to a big indoor/outdoor craft fair Saturday which is one of my favorite things to do around here. I always buy something..

@ScribbledAdNauseum Last year, one of the local honey beekeepers came and sold clover honey, a big jar for 8 bucks..That item would be double that in a store! I just go for cute stuff mostly though.

@snowy22315 We have a honeybee festival down here every year. I've gotten sticks of honey from them before and loved it. Actually, the honeybee festival has maybe one or two stalls about bees and honey, but the majority of it is for other vendors.

Shower steamers are basically the same thing as bath bombs. Instead of letting the bath bomb dissolve in the water, the shower steamer is put out of the way of the flow of water and will dissolve and release smells.
I love going to craft fairs and shows, and yes I almost always purchase something.

My main problem is I had already made up some wax melts and told a friend I was giving them to her but never got the chance to do so (we live a few counties away and she works third shift).. I don't know whether I should give them to her as a Christmas gift or not.
