I like to bake the salmon in the oven with olive oil, it is also good steamed and then you serve with a sauce with dill chopped in it.

I like to pan fry fresh salmon, and then make up a little vinegar and maple syrup mixture and drizzle that over it. You will find some great recipes online if you don't have one already.

Good morning I have salmon every week.But goes in the oven.Never made the soup. I use bread crumb and spread it on goes in the oven .

I love smoked salmon but when it is fresh, I put it in the oven with Kräuterbutter. Yummy! I wish I will be there tomorrow with you and the girls eating salmon but I already have other plans.

I like to grill mine with just a few seasonings. There are many ways to cook it though. As for making a soup out of it, salmon is too good to make a soup out of personally.
