Year of the TIGER!

Yeah baby! It's the year of the Tiger! The LSU Tigers defeated Alabama today in a historic win.
This rival game got close, but LSU led in the score the entire game. The Tigers took control of the game from the very start and did not let up. The Tide rolled the wrong way today and made several mistakes and got penalties that were not in their normal play. Can we say they were a bit flustered?
The final score was LSU 46, Alabama 41. This pretty much seals the deal for the Tigers with an SEC East Championship and puts Joe Burrow in the driver's seat to win the Heisman Trophy.
The #2 Tigers remain undefeated for the season and this win marks the first time in beating AL since 2011.
Great game and my condolences to @AndriaPerry and @CarolDM.

@kareng That would work! And I can cry into it and blow my nose with it, and then wipe my butt with it too if I want to! HAHA

That's exactly how I felt when LSU beat my Florida Gators. And when Georgia beat the Gators.
You're not a Georgia fan?

Great win for the Tigers! It's always a great thing to see Nick Saban lose. He's had his moment in the sunshine, now it's time to let someone else be king of the hill. Just be careful though, don't get too cocky until you've beaten Georgia in the SEC Championship (please beat them, I hate Georgia with a passion).

@moffittjc I like beating 'Bama if nothing else but for Sabin losing. That is one disgusting MAN, if you can call him a man. Great coach, @yes, but not a good man. I feel sorry for what his players will have to listen to and endure this week in the wake of this loss.

@CarolDM If you read carefully my friend, I didn't say anything bad about Alabama (but you know, I'm a Gator so I can't exactly say I love Alabama...or LSU for that matter). I simply said Saban has had his time at the top, it's time to let someone else rule for a while!
So....we're still friends! It wouldn't be right if we weren't trash-talking each other's teams! But at the end of the day I will always root for the SEC team, whoever that may be!

Took 8 years, 8 YEARS to beat the Tide.
Congrats LSU, and savor this victory because it`ll be 8 more before another win.

@andriaperry He may have trumped Sabins payoff to the refs. That was my thought.

Perhaps a showdown with Ohio State for the national championship?

I watched the beginning of that game @LindaOHio. I had a few things that needed getting done so I could watch the LSU game though.
