He was an American actor, screenwriter and comedian. He is best known for his role as Lt. Colonel Henry Blake in the television series M*A*S*H. He received a Golden Globe for his performance. 1948 - Charles, Prince of Wales was born. He is the heir apparent to the British throne. Queen Elizabeth II is now 93; and I have not heard anything to suggest that she is ready to step down. Prince Charles is the oldest and longest-serving heir apparent in British history. You missed one: Aaron Copeland. I hope I spelled his first name correctly. He is a classical music, American folk music person. (Appalachian Spring is so sublime.) The radio is featuring his music all day today.
