Not quite sure if someone is having a dig at me

I belong to a couple of other forums, one of them is quite new and I recently had a mild disagreement with someone. I thought no more of it but I think this person is having sly little digs at me. I read something there today which really wasn't very nice and although he didn't name me I got the impression I was the target of the post.
Perhaps I'm being paranoid but people can be so petty if you don't agree with them sometimes. I might avoid the site for a while. At least people are friendly on MyLot.

If that is the FC forum, I have stopped going there so I have not been reading the thread about the T site anymore.

No Alex it's not ForumCoin, it's another forum I am posting on but I'm pretty sure this person is taking a bop at me so I'm going to cash out and leave. I'm enjoying it here at the moment.

@Alexandoy I'm not really sure if I was imagining it but he was quite nasty on another post. You know him from ForumCoin and I think he comes here from time to time.

I have met people like that. I used to be a very active member of a local forum from my country. Some of the members weren't nice if we didn''t agree with them. There was a small group of people that I avoided completely.

@sprite1950 I agree. It is not worth it. Sometimes I am tempted to answer in a similar way, but I usually choose not to do it. I usually just ignore the comments and decide to stay away from the person.

I had this happened to me in the forums and also the real day to day life. While I would make a certain opinion and someone disagrees at it I would then rationalize my point but the other person would be annoyed in reading my proofs and justification as he has to attempt reading in lengths about something that is in disagreement to his views and believes. But I am also fortunate that few people would spend sometime to learn the cause of such a view of mine and later they would identify their contradictions clearly .Actually most readers and writers would believe that there are just two sides 'For' and 'Against' but they dont believe that there is a space which remains very intermediate between the two of them that I blame the cause of issues.
Also if such digs are avoided and you are occupied thinking of them then I feel an initiative to justify oneself has to be made rather than escaping. If it does not work then it is better to say 'let us agree to disagree.

I was accused of being racist which I found offensive as I'm not. I have friends of many nationalities. In the end Admin stepped in and told this person that he could not accuse someone of being racist when there was no evidence. That seemed to put a stop to it.

@parpande He just didn't like me so used it as an excuse to be unpleasant. Now we just avoid each other. He has been active here in the past but not at the moment.

Ah heck. Just have a little bit of fun with it. I have opposing political views from a LOT of people here on MyLot. We do our little back and forth. We make fun and take jabs. But we still get to be 'friends' in the end. I am able to separate that a bit here and have a little fun with it. I think most people here get that about me. I will take my hits, I'll deliver my jabs, but in the end we're okay with each other.

@sprite1950 it happened year 2013 but you know what until now I can't forget her surname and when I see someone with her username follows me on social media I ignore because they only remind me of her. Hahahaha! Crazy me.
