Do you want a mozzarella cheese filling in your meatloaf?

Hello, fellow Mylotters! How was or is your Wednesday? Mine was fine but very busy. It is only this evening that I have time to Mylot.
I was cooking Pancit Canton (Filipino egg noodles) with bacon and veggies for our dinner this evening. It has been a long time that I have not eaten this food. Maybe for 3 months now.
After dinner and washing the dishes, I was cooking again for tomorrow's lunch. My son will come for half an hour to eat lunch with us. I made Filo wrapped meatloaf with mozzarella cheese. This would be one of the recipes I will write for the magazine.
Anyway, I am curious. What would you like to have as a filling for a filo wrapped meatloaf? Have you tried eating filo wrapped meatloaf before?

I think mozarella cheese is the one used in pizza. And it is very sticky. Wait a minute, it's been a long time since I had eaten meat loaf. I seem to have forgotten the taste already.

@Alexandoy Where to? I have been to the Philippines early this year and to London last summer. No more trip abroad this year except going to the neighboring country Holland or The Netherlands.

I like Frankies type wraps because not eat meat but I am sure you are a good cook and you also make veg one so tasty and spicy too

@birjudanak I see. I have made that oftentimes for our lunch. We called it here Wraps like tuna wraps, veggie salad wraps, chicken wraps and so on. Delicious.

@florelway I have no idea as I have not seen filo pastry there in the supermarket but you can try to find it in Robinson. Maybe they have.

No, I've never had a filo wrapped meatloaf before. You can fill it with a myriad of fillings - even hard-boiled eggs.

I am a vegetarian but okay with anything with egg. My Wednesday too was a hectic one. My work hours went a bit longer and I even had a counselling session in evening and it was draining.

@thelme55 I needed it. Actually my client was so emotionally upset that it drained me emotionally. I know as a counselor we should draw a line and not get emotionally involved. But since I know this teenager for one year and she is almost my daughter's age.I somewhere got affected.
