Did some Black Friday shopping online

This morning I signed up for a month of Amazon prime to do some Christmas shopping. I started watching where I left off on “Hannibal” when I had prime last time. I’m so excited to watch the rest of the season.
The very first thing I bought online today was 3 mascaras and 2 eyeliners on Avon. I shopped through mypoints and entered @Courtlynn information. I found a code to get free shipping today so my total was $27 and I earned 311 points on Amazon. The mascara is for my mother, my niece and I. The eyeliner is for my mother and I.
Second online store was Walmart. I got my daughter two binders she needs for school at regular price.
My cell service won’t work on my phone after this year so I had to get a new one that can be used with 5g. I bought an IPhone 6s 32g for $99. The original price was $299 and I just bought my daughter one in September and paid $50 more at the time. I received 580 points on mypoints for that shopping.
On Amazon I bought myself a case for my new iPhone. It wasn’t the prettiest one but is decent and was only $4.97. I had gift cards so it didn’t cost me anything.
My daughter finished up our online shopping by buying a bunch of back issues of magazines on Alternative Press for $1 each plus $8 shipping.
I went to my boyfriends house for a few hours tonight and we watched two episodes of “Bates Motel” and one episode of the new season of “The End of the F***ing World”. Those episodes are only 20 minutes s we will fly through this season.
The photo is of cookies I made yesterday to share at Thanksgiving dinner. It was a new recipe I tried called “Pumpkin sugar cookies with brown butter cream cheese frosting“. I can’t decide if I love them or think they taste weird but my daughter and father loved them.

I didn't have the money to buy anything, but I could tell you what it was I would have bought if I had the money?
It sounds like you will be getting a lot of packages in the mail in the coming days.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I'm going to guess craft supplies? My daughter and I are planning to make candles tomorrow.
My son will be happy he likes getting the mail and bringing it to me after school.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I didn't think books would be very good to buy on black Friday unless buying brand new ones. My daughter wants books but used so I didn't look for any online today.

@shaggin Lol, well that was a good guess. That was part of it. I've been seeing so many black friday deals for fragrances and the such. I can't get overly carried away though, as it's very likely I'll make this soap once and then never again.
The other thing was books, probably a good bluetooth headphone as well...

@LadyDuck that’s awesome the grocery store had good Black Friday deals.
I saw a poll on mypoints asking members which day has better deals Black Friday or cyber Monday. 75% said cyber Monday. I plan to do Christmas shopping for my kids Monday.

@bunnybon7 your kids are old enough they won’t be heartbroken not getting any presents. I wish my parents would save their money and not buy me anything.

Those cookies look good, but I wouldn't like them as I don't like anything pumpkin, or cream cheese -ick.

@Courtlynn of course I did have to, I wanted to. I love trying new brands of mascara!
My boyfriend doesn't like pumpkin either. I told him they were maple so he would at least try it. He ate it and I told him they weren't really Maple and he said he knew the second he opened the lid and smelled them. They didn't smell very pumpkin like to me.
We only have two episodes left of Bates Motel.

my bf likes the pumpkin iced coffee from dunks, and pumpkin pie, nothing else that i know of. no one in my family likes pumpkin but my brother likes the pie.

@RasmaSandra last year I bought a lot more on Black Friday but it was mostly for my niece's and nephews which I already finished two of their shopping earlier in the year.
