It actually says '3m', which could mean '3 metres' (of string?, rope to hang yourself? sausage? who knows!) or maybe just a roll of 3M tape! Since she seems to work for Aeroflot, it could be 3 miles of flight with a Russian airline.
I think that I would NOT bother to 'reply to verify', since I know that what these people REALLY want is your email address and possibly other personal details (like your bank account and details so that you can send them just $499 as 'charges' for transferring the reputed '3m' to you!
