@JustBhem Yes, currently there are impeachment hearings to impeach Donald Trump. He asked Ukraine to investigate Biden (former VP to Obama, and current presidential candidate) and his son.

Yes, I agree. We needed Mulvaney to testify, for one, and he didn't.

It hurts my head to see the minority (republicans) defending his character and his actions. I agree, he will not be removed. We can only hope that he will not be re-elected.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It is ridiculous how he accuses the others as "his defense". This is so ridiculous. No matter what the "others" did, if he did something wrong he must be kept responsible for what he did.

@LadyDuck This morning they announced the articles of impeachment they are bringing against him. Obstruction of Congress and one other that escapes my memory at the moment. The Inspector General put out a report last night that said that the FBI' prior investigations into Trump were just and fair. Trump tweets that "he doesn't know what report everyone else got" but the one he got says that the FBI was corrupt... To be quite honest? I can completely believe that trump was delivered a more watered down, edited version of it. That is the saddest and scariest thing of all. That the people around him pander to him, giving him reports of things that he wants to hear, even if they aren't the truth. The Anonymous person who wrote that OP ED and eventually the book even said that people go in to meetings with trump and stick with one talking point even if they need to bring five or six in front of him. They stick with just the one and repeat it and repeat it until he gets it. Even if he wasn't corrupt, just the knowledge that they have to bring things to him at a kindergarten level is terrifying.

I'll admit, I hardly listen to the republican side of things. I knew that this hearing was going to be a doozy with the childish way it started.
