I hope I win a cat

Today I bought an advent scratch calendar. The winner receives the cats you see on the photo. I am just joking, the prizes are money.
The scratch calendar was made by one of the local cat shelters. Of course it would be nice to win a prize, but that is not the most important thing. I bought it because I wanted to support the cat shelter. We don't have a cat anymore, but we got her from a shelter. She was two years old at that time.
I have two other advent scratch calendars. One of them I got as a gift and the last one I bought from a couple of children who knocked on the door. The last one is also a charity advent calendar. It is from a helpline. Children are able to call that phone number if they need advice about problems or other things.

I am glad you liked it. Yes, I also think that it is a good idea and I was happy to support the cat shelter. I didn't win anything, but that is okay, I mostly bought it to support the place and the work they do there.

For animal lovers that is very special that you are supporting the shelter. So, I take it they take good care of the cats there. Are they over crowded?

@Hannihar Yes, they take good care of the cats and the fortunately the place isn't too crowded. I don't think they accept all cats, most of their cats are young. When we adopted a cat from a shelter she was two years old, but many of the cats are younger than that.

I also think that it is cute and I am happy to support the shelter. I need at least 6 Christmas trees to win to something and so far I only have one, but the month is not over yet.

That would be nice. We have to find at least 6 Christmas trees to win. So far I have one, but it is not Christmas yet, so I might find more Christmas trees.

Thanks. I love cats. I always wanted one as a child, but my parents said no. When I got my own home I bought a cat.
