Quick Note

Good afternoon myLotters! I wanted to leave a quick note since I did not get a chance to post this morning. We are getting ready to leave for a couple of appointments at the mental health clinic for my mom.
It is a beautiful day out with sunshine and it is warming up. It is in the mid 40's here but already in the mid 50's in Baton Rouge where we are going. I'm all for that! The wind here is nippy and would be a much nicer day without it. But since we are leaving anyway, it's okay.
I'll check back in later when we get home.

Dr. was out today so rescheduled. Did see the social worker and had a nice talk with her. She let the office have it for not calling me to cancel this morning. Tomorrow a repeat, have primary care and cardiologist appointments. We will be on da road again!

@kareng That really ticks me off when an appointment is canceled and no one lets you know about it. If it were the other way around they would have a fit!

It was okay. Dr. wasn't in and the office failed to call and cancel but we talked with the social worker for a good 45 minutes. Also had to pick up at pharmacy in BR. Tomorrow two more appointments and we are done until after Christmas. Yay.

I hope the appointments go well and you enjoy your time out. It is cold here and only 11 degrees was snowing but stopped now and I am so glad.

The dr. mom was supposed to see was not in today. She was out sick. We did see the counselor/social worker who raised all kind of stick over the front office not calling to cancel appointment. We had to go to the pharmacy also so not a wasted trip.
