Two movies to see

I did a whole lot of nothing today. I had another headache today but I did end up watching two different movies. Seemed a good day to just relax and watch something since I didn't want to do much else due to the headache. First I watched a newer movie called The Report. I seen on Amazon Prime. It stars Adam Driver Annette Bening, Ted Levine, Michael C. Hall, Tim Blake Nelson, Corey Stoll, Maura Tierney and Jon Hamm. It is based on the real FBI agent Daniel Jones who investigated the CIA's use of torture on suspected terrorists after the 9/11 attacks. It covers the investigation and all the attempts to cover up what had happened. The movie was released in November 2019 and was written and directed by Scott Burns. The movie did have language, brief nudity, and violence although the nudity and violence is all to do with what really happened as part of the torture. I really enjoyed the movie, I remember all this going on but of course I like most everyone else didn't know many of the facts of the story. I still feel we don't know the full story, to many people trying to cover up to much and I'm sure there were somethings that will never be known. The second movie I watched on Netflix it was called 6 Underground. It stars stars Ryan Reynolds, Mélanie Laurent, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Adria Arjona, Corey Hawkins, Ben Hardy, and Dave Franco. It was action packed from the beginning till the end. 6 people give up their past to try to change the future. They hunt down a dictator to bring him to justice. Maybe a different kind of super hero? If you like action movies this is a good one and of course as with Ryan Reynolds there are some pretty funny one liners throughout the movie. I suggest both of these movies even though they are very different, I enjoyed both very much.

How can you say you did nothing when you saw 2 movies and added to your knowledge. That is doing something. Your review of the films encouraged me to see both the movies I hope they are there in our part of Amazon Prime and Netflix. I checked and it is there on Amazon Prime video.

Well, laying around the house watching movies really was not the plan I had for the day. Yea, they are good if you have time to watch them.
