Home Repair Update 12/15/19

First of all, let me apologize if I sound like I'm whining and complaining...I'm simply trying to keep you up to date with what's happening (and maybe venting a little). It just happens that things have not been going well. Last night my husband went to Walmart and bought 2 new sump pumps ($238). The pump guy will install them today. As you know, he had to pump the basement again and start up the heaters again to dry out the basement. I have no idea how much additional he will charge for all of this. I can't wait for the front door to be locked again and all of this put behind us. Then we can move forward with getting the house emptied out and the repairs made...and then hopefully SELL IT!
