Cleaning up the fridge.

Good morning, friends.
Today, after a weekend of family, we decided with Leticia to pick up all the odds and ends and do something with them before Luna ate them. Luna is getting used now to human food and will not tough her pellets unless they come with an added treat
We found a lot of veggies. I´ll make baked stuffed zucchini, cauliflower au gratin and the last escalivada with a hidden eggplant.
All that will be very inexpensive and delicious. And for whoever wants meat, I still have some roasted leftover chicken.
I must thank my friend @TheSojourner for cleaning up BEFORE going to the supermarket.

@LadyDuck Zucchini are never too expensive here. They grow it most of the year.

No. We just spent a week together in Aruba. I wish I could invite her now to Chile, but it is not the right moment.

Every time I go to the supermarket, I buy a lot of things I don´t really need. This is a very good idea and we can learn to cook new dishes.
