New Computer/Printer Update 12/16/19

I'm having password issues with my WiFi Shield installation. The Support team is working on a solution.
I went to install my printer software and there was a horrible ratcheting sound coming from the printer; and the lid is locked down; and it won't allow me to look inside. It says there is something blocking the photo tray. This could be the end of my printer as well.
There is still some software to install; and I also need to transfer my backup to the new computer.
I am sick about the printer. More later.

It's not that old. The warranty has expired though.

The printer is printing for the time being. I can't open up the cover to get to the print cartridges. I will use it until the cartridges run out. Hopefully that will be a couple of months.

It really seems that way; but I would be lost without my computer and printer. I wouldn't be able to talk to everyone here without a computer!
