Every year I watch this old Christman 1945 movie in black and white.
And every year, I cry over it. I can't help it.
But this year, I wonder if I am going to repeat the pattern. Somehow,
I feel like my heart is turning into a stone these days.
Do you have a special movie at Christmas time that makes you cry too much.
Plot Encouraged by her idealistic if luckless father, a bright and imaginative young woman comes of age in a Brooklyn tenement during the early 1900s. IMDB :...

"A Christmas Carol" is heart tugger both the book and the films they have made around it.

@marlina
I have read a resume right now of it and about the tree that grew in the square.
Have to say that the original version of "Little Women" is very moving and a real heart tugger I am much more familiar iwth it.

Lately I've been more inclined to watch happier movies and enjoy the variety of Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel.

I've heard about this classic movie for years, but I've never seen it. I just pulled up the YouTube link you provided (thanks), and I'll probably watch it tonight.
I usually watch "It's A Wonderful Life" with James Stewart every Christmas season.

Not really but sometimes we like to redo the things we used to do on a certain festival just to get the feel of the thing.

I have never heard of it but there really isn't a movie we watch, we read the birth of Jesus from the Bible each year. =)
