What is easier to say: YES or NO? / myLot

What is easier to say: YES or NO? Not saying "yes" you can miss a lot of opportunities, and not saying "no" you can get squeezed to the last drop. I am a social being myself, always wanting to have more time, so I always consider whether saying Yes to another person is not a NO to myself. And what is your experience with YES and NO? To me, it is easy to say yeas, but sometimes fulfilling promises, I lost much valuable time.

Sometimes saying yes can really backfire on you so you got to think about what it is you are saying yes to.

Sometimes they are both hard to say. I guess it depends on what I'm saying yes or no to? If it's something I like yes is easy. If I don't like it no is harder but not as bad as if your saying no to someone's request for help or a favor. That is much more difficult.
