Thinking about new dishes for next year.

I have been watching cooking shows part of the day and I´m very much interested in some Cajun dishes. Next year I will try one recipe that is called Dirty rice. It is inexpensive and has several ingredients I like. It can be eaten as a main dish or as a side dish. Have you tried it?

I think that it is called dirty because it is white rice with spices and meat.

I finally made it with less chiken liver because Tania does not like it. It was delicious.

Trying new dishes is always loads of fun. Luckily with the advent of the Internet, we have hundreds of millions of recipes we can try with a simple search. As for dirty rice, I have had it and I have made it. It is delicious.
