As I discussed that I am at my sister's plce on my vcatio0n and here we are having severe cold and the temperature has dipped dowm to 5 degrees Celsius. We normally do have cold temperature during this time of year but then this year the intensity of the cold is bit more and people are finding it bit inconvenient with this unexpected move! Today my sister though she was running fever has prepared mutton curry which is normally prepared here to combat the cold and it is eaten along with tortillas made out of Wheat flour. We call goat meat as mutton in India. This is best combination in winters along with some green salad which enjoyed in the after noon! Now it is the time of the dinner and we will again have the mutton curry along with some chicken curry and hot piping boiled rice! What you are going to have in the dinner or lunch?

Don't eat much goat here in the U.S., and even if you can find it (which can prove difficult) it is WAY too expensive and most have told me not worth the cost.

@porwest , We need to develop the taste for it! In India we consume lot of goats and Chicken as Beef is not permitted to be eaten for religious reasons!

@AKRao24 Maybe so, but for the price it would have to be phenomenal, and I can't see it passing the phenomenal taste of prime rib, lobster, or something like that.

I would like to stay way from Curd rice during the winter times especially for the dinner as I psychologically i feel that it makes my body more colder!
