Picked the wrong day to go to Whole Foods

I get my coffee beans from Whole Foods. We ran out, so I decided to go to Whole Foods today to get some. I picked the wrong day to do that because it was rainy and very windy. My skinny jeans got soaked and stuck to my legs, which wasn't pleasant. My jacket got wet as well. The hood on my jacket has nothing to tighten it with (no string or button) so it kept falling off my head each time I put it back on. I got tired of doing that so had to hold it with one of my hands to prevent it from falling, while holding an umbrella with the other hand, which a few times flipped over because of the heavy wind. And that was on the way to the store. On the way back it was worse because I now had a heavy bag of stuff to carry, though thankfully only one. The bag was getting wet and I was hoping it would not fall apart on me until I got home. I had the bag in one hand, the umbrella in the other, and I was keeping the hood from falling off my head by lowering my head down to my body, which wasn't comfortable. I still got wet, though not as much. And thankfully, the bag didn't fall apart. It was a little ripped at the bottom because it got too wet but other than that it was okay. I should have probably waited until tomorrow to go to the store but as I am not sure what the heck is going on tomorrow with our New Years celebration I decided to not put it off or I'd be left without coffee. And I gotta have my coffee!
