Happy New Year & New Kaleidoscope

Hello everyone, as I am typing this it is almost midnight for me. Almost the new year! I spent some time getting ready for the new year by cleaning up the apartment some, putting away the Christmas decorations/tree. I made some low carb tiger fudge for when I want something sweet. I did the math, and each piece will have only 2 grams of carbs. I am sure the regular ones have 20 carbs each! If you have been following my posts lately, you'll remember my grandma is in the hospital. She is STILL in there! They will x-ray in the morning to see if the pneumonia is gone. However, I don't know how soon she will be going home. They need to regulate her heartbeat and start eating! I hope everyone is having a better start to the new year! Anyways, the photo is mine - another new kaleidoscope that I have made this past month. I'd love to know what you think of it!

@just4him Oh no, she is still in the hospital. Not sure when she will come home either, as I think she is going to be moved into the rehabilitation part of the hospital soon.

I wen to bed just after midnight last night. The dogs whining woke me up at 7am. I love fudge. What is tiger fudge though? I'll have to look it up. I hope your grandmother gets well enough to be released soon.

That's early to be woken up by pets! Sorry to hear that. Fudge is delicious, for sure. Tiger fudge? It is white chocolate mixed with peanut butter, and chocolate mixed with a little bit of peanut butter....then you swirl them together. It's a super easy recipe. I made it low carb and it doesn't taste low carb at all. Thank you, I think she will get to come home Friday; tomorrow is possible but Friday is more likely
