Signing Off/Printer Problem/Dinner 1/1/20

I won't go into detail with my printer problem set-up because it would take 2 long paragraphs. They no longer include a disc for setting up HP printers; so you must go to a website and download an app. There began my problem. I don't know if I will be able to solve this one. We're waiting for dinner to be done. Dinner will be late because my husband picked up a **12** pound pork roast! He loaded the roaster up with sauerkraut; and is boiling some potatoes (no room in the roaster). I'm hungry. Hope you had a good New Year's Day. Good night or good morning. HP has excellent technical support. I had an issue with my HP printer because it wasn't responding to my internet connection. I finally ended up running a cable from decktop to the printer to get a connection. Good luck.

Thanks. My problem is that I can't get that website to come up on my desktop for some odd, strange reason.

@kepweng I don't have a smartphone; and I need the website to come up on the desktop so that I can link the printer to the desktop.

Sorry to hear about the printer problem...that is a pain that they don't come with the disk and you have to go to the website. Hopefully it can be sorted out!
