There is a baby lizard in my shower.

Today I have been coming in and out of the bathroom, trying to wash my bed sheets and other clothes.
Just now, I looked at the shower and saw something like some black hair. Mine is not as dark, but Sofía had washed her hair and showered a couple of days ago. Maybe I hadn´t cleaned well.
My eyes are NOT good!
That was the reason (and not motherly love) why I gave my sewing machine to Tania.
I sat over the toilette to look closer. The black hair had 4 little legs and a tiny tail. It was the smallest lizard I have ever seen.
I´ll wait for Daniel to come. If the lizard is still there, I´d like to take it out with the broom and the small house shovel. I don´t want to kill it. I am not afraid of lizards, at least not that small.
Are you afraid of them?

I try to avoid stepping on the lizards. One does feel not so good on seeing them, but at times, especially during summer times, one cannot avoid them being in close vicinity.

@marguicha Yes, but sometimes they do not run as fast as expected. In my parental home, we used to had even more lizards. Once or twice, lizard fell on my arm as well! It was well, not a good feeling!

I live in the city so lizards are very small and they ran into the walls when I approach them.

What a very cute little visitor. I love seeing the leaping lizards around here. I have noticed some are tiny and some are pretty big. I had to take one outside the other day. This one has chosen to climb on my kitchen counter and with me cooking on my hotplate I didn't want it to get injured or even fried

It took us a while to take it out uninjured.

Me neither. When I was a child, I was cruel to them. Now I like them.

Never really saw one in person so can’t say if I would be afraid of them or not

These ones at one are very small. I would be afraid of a crocodile, of course.

I had no idea that they came that small. I don't know whether I would have spotted him either!!

No. Lizards are good for eating insects.
