Without self love then you will not be able to love anyone else.Treat yourself well and others will know to do the same. Also do not allow people to down play and treat you bad. What you don't allow will not happen. Like and value yourself at all times. Stop blaming yourself for mistakes, just move forward. You're only human so you live and learn. Point out your positive strengths. Always remember that you deserve the best. Know your self worth at all times. Read that again ---Know your self worth at all times! You Matter and remember that!

Nice advice to maintain self esteem. One should know once own value then only others will value you.

It goes without saying that you cannot love others if you do not first love yourself. As for negative people in this world, I do not have time for them and avoid them at all costs.

I am not sure if, "without self love then you will not be able to love anyone else" is always true. I do not love myself, but I can sure love other people, like my dog, and my mum, for example. And, they can also love me, even if I do not love myself, either. All is love, and love is all, but to be part of this all, you can either love yourself, or love another part of that all. Total love, either coming in or coming out, still connects you to love, but it is more easy a ride for you, if you can learn to love yourself, along the way too. Love goes both ways, but if it stops going one way, enough love will even stop that from completely happening, so love will eventually flow both ways again. This is why God never stops loving all.
