How do you sleep?

Aside from closed eyes, what position do you sleep? Ehem, I think my English is not good enough. Okay, let me repeat. How do you sleep, on your left side, on your right side, or on your back?
I cannot sleep in any other position but on my left side. Otherwise my nose will clog, I would breath through my mouth, my throat will dry, I would have a nightmare.

Sleeping on the back is the most relaxing for me. But I cannot do that anymore.

It's good to sleep on the back because it is relaxing. But I couldn't do that, my nose will be clogged.

I try to sleep in all positions that you have mentioned but I slept in a face-down position.

I sleep at different positions until I go to sleep. After I go to sleep it really does not matter how I sleep. It has to be back first, then left side, then right and back to left. Most of the time that is my final position and I am most convenient with it.

I was like that when I was younger, it wouldn't matter on what position I slept. But now it should be only on the left side.

So many people I know couldn't sleep on their back but that is the most comfortable for me.

Usually on left side though aches cause on back sometimes.

That is my issue sometimes, muscle pain because of only 1 position.

I used to be like that, sleeping on any position. But when I reached middle age, I wonder why my body made a preference for my left side.
