Any sleeping rituals....???

I usually don't hit bed straight... I have a habit of meditating, listing down the things that I am thankful for and some good reading.... At times, I am way tired to think of anything else and wish to fall asleep even then first two are never missed.... What's you sleeping ritual...?? I am not that Lucky to fall asleep quickly...

I have a hard time sleeping too. That`s why I watch some movies then I start to feel sleepy and sleep or I listen to love songs in the youtube

fer myself, i've found that meditation 'n light stretchin' does quite well. i've the need fer quiet 'n no distractions. makin' lists 'r readin' muddies my mind.

I'll usually watch something on TV I have previously recorded. Then sometimes I will meditate on a word or do body relaxation with breath counting. I usually fall asleep fairly quick then.

@Aansh13 Yes I think it does. It lowers your heart rate and blood pressure giving you a feeling of calm.

Sleep is the last thing in my mind, If I can stay awake all the time I will do, I just tire myself up until I get to the point of needing to sleep
