@averygirl72 I know cucumbers are healthy but don't know if eating it like you do is harmful. I don't know if someone can eat "too much" of cucumbers. Maybe worth doing some research on it.

Cucumber is health food, the sandwich spread is not healthy though.

It is a vegetable, so I suppose it must be good for you in some way. I do not like cucumber so I never eat it . We did grow some once and we had to give most of them away .

I don't eat it every day but I do like cucumber. It is good for you but can give you wind, especially eating the skin. Cucumber provides small amounts of various nutrients as well as a cup (around 100g) of cucumber providing about 4% of daily vitamin C requirements.
Like anything else, though, there is probably a limit where it is too much.

@averygirl72 Yes, very good for digestion. Just like most natural green foods, it may 'overload' the system!

I have a few pieces in both my meal. I love them and there is nothing unhealthy about them. Unless you only eat them and can go deficient on other nutrients.

I don't think they're unhealthy, so what's the harm in eating them. Cucumbers make me a little sick after a while.
