Savings.

The past two days with my kids here because of the class suspension has been the most thrifty days for me. Why? Because we have a lot of leftover food from my son's birthday. We do not need to buy food. Also, we never go out of the house because of the bad smell of the air. We never had food delivery too because most of the food stores were closed or do not deliver for health reasons. We still have some food, I am still thinking of going to the market later. Do you have savings the past days?

At least there’s one more good thing to add in the list in spite of what you guys have been going through since the eruption.

Sometimes when the weather is bad I don't go out unless I have to so I don't spend money. Today however, I am meeting my friend so I might just spend more than I want to!

@rakski I definitely would. I would be sure to see something I like! I didn't go in the end so I didn't have to spend anything

Is the air toxic to breathe, and if so, how do you keep the air inside your home safe and free of toxic fumes?

today, the air is much better than yesterday. But the ashes on the streets are still there and when cars and other vehicles run over those ashes it goes back to the air and it is not good to the eyes. We closed all the windows and doors. when I am at the living room, I turn on the fan and the exhaust fan in the kitchen

I haven''t spent any money today...so that is a good day for me. Yesterday, I only spent less than a dollar as well.

I save on student allowance when there is no school but that is I think offseted by the power consumption, kids have lights and their their gadgets opened all day till the evening. Good the weather was a little bit cold and we did not open aircons because of the ash and sulfur so several fans and exhaust fans were opened all day long. I'm a saver, I love to save but I think more on how to earn more first

That's good that you've been able to save some money. Is the volcano still erupting? I haven't read anything about it lately.

The activity is a little less active than before but report said that there are still earthquakes and there are signs of magmatic activity inside the volcano and still expected to give us more eruption. I am praying for the opposite though
