How to peel a banana

You'd think it was a simple thing to peel a banana but I have recently discovered that I've been doing it all wrong - and I'll bet most of you have also been getting it wrong! For years I've been peeling bananas from the stalk end, the end which is attached to the tree but, apparently, that's not the best way to do it. The best way is the way which monkeys do it - from the other end. I've tried it and found that it does make it a little easier to peel bananas by doing it the monkey way but old habits die hard and I'll probably still peel bananas from the stalk end. What do monkeys know anyway!

I prefer to peel it with my teeth and it doesnt matter which end lol

Monkeys are quite intelligent. I will probably always peel a banana from the stalk end.

@ScotMac They are quite smart. I see them evolving into a more intelligent being in the future! Just my opinion.

I've read this before but I'm not sure it makes much difference. It's easier to start at the stalk end - in my humble opinion.

You could try this:
