It Has Been A While...So

I dabble a little bit in music. I just like playing my guitar and putting my own twist on things, and I have not shared in a while, so I thought I would just do it. I recorded this back in November 2018.
This compilation includes some Gordon Lightfoot (Carefree Highway and Sundown), The Eagles (Take It Easy, Desperado, I Can't Tell You Why), Michael Jackson's Man In The Mirror, and Duran Duran (Rio and Hungry Like The Wolf). Not sure why my software is creating a slight crackle...probably too many files lying around that need to be cleaned out. Either way, it was fun as it always is.
BTW, the kid in the picture is me. I don't know how old I was. Maybe 8 or 9. Who knows? Not sure what the hell happened to me, but such is life.

Glad you liked it. Happy to share. Funny, I have a hard time playing guitar even in front of my family. But I can record it and share it and post videos of it all day and not feel one bit embarrassed about it. I think when I am in my own element I have the most fun.

@porwest That's true. The singer/songwriter music is enjoyable to listen to. I remember listening to many talented guitar players perform similar tunes in college. Just sitting there and being entertained. And the stairwell made for a great acoustic effect

@porwest that is really impressive. i recorded a couple of songs I wrote for my kids, but mine aren't good.
