Does Weather makes you lazy?

This happens sometimes with me because am just a little sensitive when it comes to cold winds or rain in winters and the very reason I prefer summers to winters.
Since today morning it's so windy and am just feeling lazy about it and already completed 3 cups of coffee.
This weather is just making me lazy.
Does Weather makes you lazy?

The weather you just mentioned is similar to the one we have during rainy season. Rains will pour down incessantly for the whole day some times for a week or more and many times there is no other alternative but to stay indoors and drink tea with bhaji but we enjoy it sometimes unlike you do.

@Butterfingers I'm more nervous than lazy, it's been a fog for days, acting spooky, like in some horror movie. Traffic is also difficult and it disturbs my business plans a lot

When I wake up to a very cold morning that would make me feel lazy. Cold morning is below 20 C.

The extreme cold stretch for almost 2 weeks did make me feel very lazy at times.
On a few cold days, it was very tough to work on the laptop when at home.
In fact, the workplace is centrally warmed and better.
