1265 - The first English parliament holds its first meeting in the Palace of Westminster.
1986 - Martin Luther King, Jr., Day is celebrated at a federal holiday for the first time.
1930 - Buzz Aldrin was born. He is a retired astronaut and fighter pilot. He and Neil Armstrong were the first two humans to land on the moon. Aldrin set foot on the moon at 3:15:16 on July 21, 1969.
1966 - Rainn Wilson was born. He is an American actor, comedian, writer, director, businessman and producer. He is best known for his role as Dwight Schrute on The Office from 2005-2013.

@LindaOHio Yea, my son brought it to my attention and he still watches is on Netflix all the time. It is pretty funny.
