Sunshine and Coffee....great way to start the day

Good morning/afternoon/evening to all my friends here in the myLot world.
Happy Thursday Everyone! it's a sunny start to this morning but it's still pretty cold. Brrr
My daughter is working today so it's just me and the pups. As usual they're sleeping so I have time to enjoy my first cup of coffee and get that much needed caffeine this morning.
I had a decent nights sleep but still feel a bit groggy. I'm sure the coffee will do the trick.
I enjoyed my company yesterday and today is the complete opposite...quite and uneventful.
I finished my book when I went to bed last night so now it's time to pick the next one to read.
Hopefully I can spend more time here today and catch up.
What did I miss with my limited time here yesterday? Anything exciting??

I'm hoping to spend the afternoon reading too. I just finished my book so now I have to pick a new one to read. Decisions...decisions...decisions

@Marilynda1225 Those decisions are so tough. I’m reading a book that my husband recently read. I made him wait until I read Sarah’s Key first.

Nothing too exciting..Friend got out of the hospital he was there just for a test..so he was released the same day.

Good Morning. I am glad you enjoyed your company yesterday, it's always nice to have a quiet day the day after. I just started a new book by Eoin Dempsey last night, it seems as if it will be a good one.
As for what you missed, I guess not much really. The same ol' Same ol'.

@Marilynda1225 I find that I do the same thing. I was out on Monday with friends and I was thinking "I wonder what's going on here." Sometimes I wonder if people I havent' seen here in awhile have popped back in while I was gone.
