My dad came back home this afternoon!

I am still a bit behind with notifications! I'm so sorry! Will get to them as soon as I can.
Thank you SO much to those who have been here to support me during this time. I honestly really appreciate it. I'm grateful my dad took action fast to get his foot treated unlike last year. And I am grateful for all of you who have been here for me. I was so worried this year was going to be a repeat of 2019 but things are going well regarding my dad.
So this afternoon, my dad came home. I don't know what is happening with his job yet. My dad has a doctor's note to have another week off work. So hopefully things will be ok with his foot after a week but my dad has to go get some special shoes for his feet before he does go back to work as he can't be walking around in normal shoes.
He has to see "Silver Chain" ( Nurses who come to your home or you can go see them ) for about 4 weeks to keep checking his foot. Hopefully things will just continue getting better for my dad and hopefully no more surgery!

@just4him It is. Though unfortunately some not so good news has come up. My dad's toe isn't healing like it should. He is having as much rest as he can but hopefully it's all enough to heal the wound eventually.

@just4him Thank you very much. I hope it won't cost too much either but I guess it's worth it to keep his feet safe. I am happy nurses are checking on him often. Puts our minds at ease knowing people with knowledge are monitoring his feet.

YAY I don't need to keep an eye on all that. My dad is capable of all that. I help with cooking and keeping the house clean. What he needs is something he has under control himself.
