Abalone filled ravioli with King crab sauce.

When we eat at a very good restaurant, it means we eat dishes that we would never be able to make at home. Or maybe we could do it if we tried, but it would be too hard. My brother asked the waiter if there was anything that was not on the written menu. When he explained this dish, right then I thought that would be my dish. We ate 2 entrées. I chose one (an octopus carpaccio with olive sauce) and they chose a delicious eggplant with some filling. We chose 2 dishes then of my ravioli to share between us. And my brother also asked for a sort of cake and a créme brûlée as desserts. The meal was so delicious and it took us so long to eat it all that I had time to tell them all Claudia´s problems. @marguicha You have to tightly close the hot octopus in a plastic bag and let it cool, they you slice. I like octopus, also hot prepared in a spicy tomato sauce.

Fun to try different and exotic things at restaurants. Sometimes I can recreate things at home, most of the time it turns out nothing like the restaurant.

@porwest In fact, I called him to invite me out to tell him about Claudia. He is not to say anything in front of Sofía until we tell him to. I told him I wanted to see them and I did not care if they took me out to a MacDonald. I knew he would not do that

Dinner with my brother is a long waited one. I enjoy his company and I love to talk my heart out to him. And that I do quite often over phone. We will in different cities and meet only once or twice in year.

How much you cost the Abalone? I've heard there's an abalone dish that is too expensive because it will take 13 hours to prepare.

I don´t ask what the dishes cost when my brother takes me out. I look at the menu and with the price of one meal I could buy the groceries for one month.

When I go out with my brother, I know I will eat at a wonderful restaurant. They have more than enough money for themselves and they only spend it in eating out or in trips and holidays. They have no children to worry for.

I’m so glad that you’re dinner was exceptional. It sounds delicious to me. I made lobster ravioli a couple of nights ago. It’s great that you had time to tell him all Claudia’s problems, too. I had a white linen tablecloth Friday date night.

It sounds rich, although I am not a lover of fagots because I am allergic to them, I am glad that they had a good time and you are right when I eat anything I do not do at home that is the idea to enjoy something different.
