I was considering making a PB and J sandwich when I looked in the fridge. What I saw gave me a great idea. I took two slices of bread, spread peanut butter on one slice and cream cheese on the other. Then I spread grape jelly on both the peanut butter and the cream cheese and put the two slices together. As a result, I got a real taste treat that was creamy and kind of sweet and really delicious. So if you have never thought of adding cream cheese to peanut butter think again it tastes great. The peanut butter and the cream cheese should be softened a bit before spreading or else the bread can tear.

It works well together because grape jelly goes good separately with cream cheese or peanut butter and together it's fantastic @andriaperry

I love it and it is always better when I leave both the peanut butter and cream cheese out for a bit before putting the sandwich together @RebeccasFarm

I never would have thought to do this but it does sound like it would be good. I like both peanut butter and cream cheese so I'll have to try your concoction.

I used plain white sandwich bread but it also works with toasted bread @JohnRoberts
