Crime and Punishment's Wife

On Opera (the browser I use) they show several links to things that are trending, or that might be of interest. I do not know if they track what I've researched before to bring me this selection, or if it's random. However, I came across this article (that I'll link below) this morning and read it. It is about the author of Crime and Punishment, some of his troubles, and how he came to marry the stenographer that helped him write a book in a month. It's actually a sweet tale of their love as well as some back story on Dostoyevskaya (the author).

Yep. He had to though. His publisher had bought his debts, basically, and so he was indebted to the publisher. His publisher actually gave him plenty of time, but he used it to write Crime and Punishment. The book he was supposed to write (I forget the name) he didn't start until the last minute.
