I am beginning to hate them now. Every time my husband will go for check up, I will have mine too. My husband always have the complains but it always ended up that my case is worse than him. Hubby's BP-120/90, mine-170/110 That is with a maintenance medicine but stool no symptoms or signs. Need some blood work next week. I really med to do something about this. Ugh.

Pardon my comment. That is alarming, not just the 170 but the 110. I am not a doctor but I hear that from our doctor.

The doctor is definitely alarmed too. And I do not feel anything that makes it worse, right?

@rakski it is better if you feel dizzy like my wife. She was in the mall when she texted me that she needed to go home. When we went to the doctor, she was discovered to have high blood pressure. She was given maintenance and she is okay. That was 15 years ago, I think. The attack of a stroke is scary.

This is how it works, we forget us and take care of them. YOU need to relax and take care of you, so they will have you.

Yes, I think so too. My husband was scared. He is always the one with health complaints and yet, I have the more serious case. Yes, that is what my husband is telling me too, that I need to take care of myself especially the kids are young

@rakski i mean for you case because it's unusual, aren't they going to refer you to, for example, a cardiologist?

That is really alarming to have bp that high. I hope your attending physician will be alert to provide you the proper medical attention for that condition.

There are never any signs of high bp. If diet won’t work, you will definitely need the meds. It’s called the silent killer. Do whatever is necessary to take care of yourself. Your family needs you!
