But, I don't want to get up yet.

From the perspective of laying in bed,, still.

Even though this may have been my best night if sleep ever in a very long time. But, Mr. Fitbit and I don't always agree on that so I'll check shortly. I normally have to get up several times a night for a potty break and last night I made it till five pm and then when hubs e woke me so he could get in the shower. My alarm is set for ten in case I oversleep since I work at noon today. Usually that means I didn't drink enough water but I think I did good there as well. I did make payout thanks to everyone here, for the first time since September. $5.11. I was here more my two days off this week and write more than normal.

Yesterday I had to go to the toilet twice. I had been enjoying no potty breaks at all over night, but it seems that has become a thing of the past once more. I also didn't want to get out of my warm bed, but things needed doing. Enjoy your day ahead, and congrats on reaching that threshold here.

You don't seem old enough to need potty break in the night but the body does what's needed I suppose. Same with me things need doing since I have a lot of small cleaning jobs to get done in prep of daughters fiance's staying here until his apartment it's done. I'm hoping I can motivate my husband's into helping too

@MarshaMusselman I'm in my 30's, and the past two years have been the worse for me in regards to that. I wake up with the need to go, I can hold it just fine but would not have a restful sleep otherwise.

@ScribbledAdNauseum exactly. Otherwise time is spent talking oneself into sleeping a bit longer than if we went when we first noticed. Then we'd be able to not have the need in the background.

I do not need an alarm, I wake up at 6 in the morning since I was very young, but I cannot stay up after midnight.

When I was in my early twenties u easily started up until around three am. If I remember correctly Janet is the same way. If I have an early job I can force myself to get up earlier bit it's not easy.

@MarshaMusselman I had no problems getting up at 4 in the morning and it often happened when we had to travel. I cannot stay up after 11 pm.

I like getting to loaf in bed when I first wake up. That way, I don’t have to get up until the bladder bangs on my gut and says “GET UP!!!!!” Have a great day!

That's what I was assuming for before my hubs woke me prior to my alarm and the need from within. But had he waited the sounds of the water in the shower would have woken me anyway.

I think I've been here more so far but it's a bit hard to keep track of everyone that I should see more often and those I've not seen as often but would like to.

I feel that I do a lot and then Fitbit says otherwise. I've not looked yet.
