It's a Cloudy Kind of Day

It's that type of day that is perfect for me to stay inside and create. I love days like this. It may be overcast and a little drippy out there but inside it is a wonderland of creativity.
I have been working on the crafts and writing today and I have to say, I feel as though I have really been productive. So productive that I will be stopping all that working in a very short period of time.
Do you find that overcast, drippy day are better for you to get your inside work done? I find sunny days make me want to be out enjoying the sun.

It just depends on the day. Yesterday the cloudy dreary day just got on my nerves.
I needed a day to relax.

I have the feeling that the rainy year was 2019, this year will probably be dry.
If we get rain I usually become a couch potato not that I'm not one on sunny days, I am on various sites trying to earn a few extra bucks .

Today has turned back to overcast. It was overcast this morning but we had a few hours of sunshine. I find that overcast days are also great for creativity.

I'm glad you're making the sunshine inside and getting a lot of work done.
I was actually happy to see the sun today on my way home from my son's after doing laundry. It put a smile on my face and made me ready to tackle anything. And right now, it's notifications.

I don't mind cloudy, rainy days as long as it isn't storming. It's just been a long string of cloudy days though; and we'd like to see some sun.
