Whacky Wednesday!

Hello everyone! It's not really a whacky Wednesday but it is a wet one! The rain started before daybreak here and has been off and on this morning. Right now we are waiting for the heavy stuff to come through. We had some loud thunder a few minutes ago, but I think that passed right on over us. I had today marked off for staying at home due to the thunderstorms and bad weather predicted. We are under a tornado watch until 6pm tonight. I had to run to the post office to mail an Ebay order off and also stopped to pay the water bill. We are now back home and will stay here...and wait on the rain. Stay safe over there. Not warm here but warmer than it was. I'm happily watching snow melt. Tonight's commute should be okay.

Yep, staying inside today except for my run to the chicken coop. Not bad so far...knock on wood.

Are you under a tornado watch too? I'm not sure how much further north in MS you are. I'm only about 30 miles from McComb.

That's worse. It makes it feel colder than what it really is outside. Our temperature is 71 so that isn't bad.

We will drop down to the high 40's tonight. The last two nights have been mid to upper 60's. Heaven!!

Yes, it's not fun getting out in the rain to do things as you well know. I also don't like to do it since my mom has to ride along.
