Healthy Dinner

Hello everyone! I have just done washing my dishes after taking our dinner. This afternoon, I had no idea what to cook for dinner. I went food shopping to Aldi with my better half. Mostly veggies and something to fill our morning or evening sandwiches. I found 4 slices of fish filets in our fridge. I wanted to eat boiled rice and what could be the best is to accompany this with fish and of course, vegetables. I have not messed up the kitchen as I just put the fish and bell peppers with spices, lemon juice and olive oil in an oven tray and baked them for about 20 minutes until they were golden brown. Did you know that a lemon juice can spoil your food when it is in contact with aluminium foil? I have learned that a few months ago in a tv show about cooking. So this time, I used parchment paper instead of alu foil. Fish without lemon doesn't taste good for me. Anyway, now I am full and enjoy Mylotting.
