I have an anxiety disorder/clinical depression. It's a balancing act, trying to battle depression or being anxious about things. I'm taking Lexapro 20mg, which is working good.

I took advantage of no rain and wording in the chicken coop today. I reinforced the back side where I have a tarp up for winter to block the north wind. That kept me busy for a couple of hours because I also threw a tarp on top to take care of a leak where the tin does not overlap right. Tired of mud puddles in the coops!! My hubby said it ain't gonna work. Well it will work and better than nothing! His solution was to put another piece of tin up there. I'd be waiting a few weeks to get that done. We have rain in forecast for the next two weeks. I may have to run away!! So tired of RAIN!

I had a bit of restlessness early on Sunday morning myself.
I actually went into work and took calls for 3 hours.
They were offering overtime, and I never ever go in on a Sunday, but I did yesterday.
After that I had enough to do that I was very tired by the end of the day and slept well. And I hope that you did also.

YAY!!!! Way to go Doc. thank you for the reminder, I actually wrote for the blog this week, besides way to many for Virily, I got to put more Angie in those, they are lacking.
I cleaned out a box of memories late in the evening, that , I know put me in a mood.....The laughs and cries, and the get up and shut up and move on.
