Chicken skin

I am one of the fan of this street food. When I started to work this become popular here in our place. Now there is one food cart here near the high school area and many are patronizing this. You can buy chicken skin in sticks or in a plastic cup. I'm not sure if it is really chicken skin because it is a little bit chewy to chew. This taste good when dip in vinegar. I'm sure this is not healthy so I just buy them once a week.

I think this is a real chicken but not sure what part of the chicken. A real chicken skin is light and crunchy this one is quite chewy and thick

@averygirl72 most likely it's the neck part because it has very little value ( mostly bones) but has a lot of skin.

I also like that but I'm careful because it might not be healthy but my idea is most of the oil and allergens may had already dripped off 
I don't eat it often, I just mix a few with my fried rice.

I don't eat it with rice. I usually just buy two sticks or sometimes one cup. It's yummy

My wife used to love that crispy chicken skin. But when her cholesterol level had risen to a bad proportion, she stopped eating such kind of food.

I wonder it might cause gallstones or high cholesterol. It looks unhealthy but it is block buster. So many people come to buy it even rich ones

@averygirl72 I think it is only for the cholesterol level because it is oily. Not the gall stones.

I like street foods also. I eat chicken skin sometimes but mostly liver and squids.

I like chicken but not sure about just skin. That's A different way to serve them using vinegar. I've never heard of using it for a dipping type sauce?
