Enjoying a great late winter-spring day!

Winters are not totally gone. Early mornings and nights are still cold, and we need layers of clothes.
Yet days are warming and it's Spring time blooming of flowers around, and a freshness in the air.
So I categorize the time as Late Winter - Spring time.
This is the best time of the year to be outdoors and be with the nature.
What do you folks say?

I have experienced the start of spring in Japan. It was still too cold for me that I couldn't withstand the cold without my jacket.

In some countries, spring season is still cold.
It is just slightly warmer than the winters.
